research

Our group had the catagory of Women and Civil rights. I looked up a few sites on women's rights, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women's_rights http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women's_rights http://www.wic.org/misc/history.htm ) and they were informative but not necessarily giving me ideas on companies/unmet needs or markets. Then I looked into issues in women's healthcare, is it equal to male counterparts? Are their unfair advantages? Women's Health magazine's site ( http://www.womenshealthmag.com/, also http://www.globalfundforwomen.org/cms/ ) was helpful in trying to find tangible products and needs that aren't being met currently. (I'm not sure if this is the right direction or not)

Civil rights/liberties were also pretty easy to research, (http://www.infoplease.com/spot/civilrightstimeline1.html http://www.whitehouse.gov/agenda/civil_rights/ http://www.aclu.org/)
but again, I'm having some trouble figuring out how this research corresonds to a physical product/ company.
